Tournament: Réúnen Luza, Festival of Light

	In celebration to the end of winter, the Kingdom of Fenia is announcing a festival and tournament, to be held in Fenia City on the 30th of July. Any and all creatures are encouraged to come and participate! Tiers have been created for the tournament for fairness based on experience [IG level], supported by skill [skill based duels]. There will also be a "Run with Lady Luck" melee, in which there are no tiers to see who Lady Luck favours the most [luck based duels]. Winners of each tier and the melee will receive prizes provided by the Kingdom.
