1. Description of Service
"The World of Secfenia" is a web-based service that allows its users to start discussions, reply to current discussions, send messages, and other functions for the game "The World of Secfenia" (hereafter known as "the service"). This content may reside on this website or any other website that is affilated with this website. Please note that if there is a link to another website, there may be additional terms for that site.

Please note that there may also be links to fan websites or wiki's you recieve in messages or in the forums. These are not covered by this website's terms of service.

Additional Services include, but are not limited to, free downloads at this website.

This site uses Paypal for payment processing. The terms of service for paypal are located at http://www.paypal.com. Please review these terms of service if you intend to purchase premium services.

2. COPPA Regulations
In order to comply with the COPPA ruling in the US, if you are younger than 13 years of age (whether you reside in the US or not), you are forbidden from becoming a member of "The World of Secfenia" (including, but not limited to, the forums) on this website without direct parental consent with a proof of signature by at least one parent and verbal acceptance with the game administrator. This website reserves the right to restrict access to anyone under 13 for any reason. Failure to enter the correct date of birth could be subject to dismissal from the service.

3. Using Our Service
You must follow any rules or policies made available to you within the Service.

Don't misuse our Services. For example, don't interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. 6. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
7. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
8. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
9. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
10. stalk or otherwise harass another;
11. collect or store personal data about other users for business purposes;
12. Promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities, promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual, or promote any act of cruelty to animals. This may include, but is not limited to, providing instructions on how to assemble bombs, grenages and other weapons or incediary devices;
13. Use this website as a forwarding service to another website;
14. Engage in commercial activities within this website or on behalf of this website without prior apprvoal from this website's owner.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Service.

Our Service displays some content that is not this service's. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. 4. Your Secfenia Account
You may need a Secfenia Account in order to access certain portions of our Service. It is the responsibility of the user for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

If you learn of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you should reset your password using the Forgot Password option. If your email address associated with your account is not secure, you must contact us using our contact form. In addition, you should logout of your account at the end of each session. Having multiple people sign into the same account as a shared account is prohibited.

If another account is created by someone in your household or that shares your IP Address, you must register it in according to the Multi-Account Policy.

5. Privacy and Copyright Protection
Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Service. By using our Service, you agree that we can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

Secfenia may also stop providing the Service to you, or add or create new limits to our Service at any time.

FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON'T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTION OF THE SERVICE, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES "AS IS".

SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF THE MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.

9. Indemnity

The laws of Florida, U.S.A. will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service. All claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts of Citrus County, Florida, USA, and you and Secfenia consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the TOS must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
