Before leaving the mayotroll's office to find the house of Jace and Victorious, Logo carefully wiped his tusks and dunked his hands the rain barrel. Though he had procrastinated so long that a good first impression was improbable, he still wanted to do his best. 'Huma-creatures apprecificate fainterish bodily fragrancies,' he reminded himself.

On his way, he soon found the day wasn't as hot as it could have been and the road wasn't as short as it could have been. The troll took advantage of both to practice bowing and to air his sorcerer's cloak.
In alternating steps he would bend and stoop, then stretch to full height waving the voluminous black cape into the brisk afternoon breeze. He even remembered to monitor his path for smaller travelers, occasionally jerking his body into a full stop to greet or avoid trampling passers-by.

Logo had become accustomed to stares and pointing. It was, apparently, the appropriate human response to laundry-airing-bow-practicing modes of travel.

The cockatiels he carried, however, were much less generous in their reaction to the attitudinal course changes. With each swing of the troll's arm, they squawked and squabbled about their cage to register formal grievances.
Stopping long enough to consult his black book, Logo temporarily disarmed the birds' detonation spells and conjured a larger ribbon which he hoped would convince the cantankerous cagelings that night had fallen.

Without further incident, the troll's progress continued relatively unimpeded until the grand house came into view. There was quite a bit of activity about the house and grounds. The weave bristled with magic. Guards searched and inspected fro and to. 'm'Ust be a hunt-somehwat party ... whaddizit ... oh yeah ... a scravenger' he mumbled.
The troll thought it best not to step over the gate or the wall, lest a misstep see him ankle-deep in some clutch of colored eggs.
Logo stood outside the gate. He waved and called, "h'Eloooo! 'sthe logo. h'Ere."

[Victorious]

The two guards saw a troll approaching the gate and didn't see him on the guest list from Lady Victorious.

They straightened their coat and took out their swords and they both stopped the troll, you are trespassing, what can we do for you?

[Logo]

As Logo stood admiring the house and gardens from the gate, a couple of men in fancy uniforms arrived and held up their swords. 'Obvishy, they're confusitated 'bout my identerity and probabbly hungry the way they're a wavin' skewerses... maybehaps they wanna eat the molotov cockatiels, ' he thought.
Logo paused for a moment before leaning into a deep stoop, to make what he hoped was an impressively low bow. He was glad for the opportunity to practice on the way; he barely wobbled at all.

At his bow's nadir the troll looked down at the guards and smiled, carefully showing his clean tusks. Of course the troll would have expected acquaintances who belch and show teeth full of uneaten stuff much more reassuring. However, he had learned many strange new customs since arriving in Cork. Logo decided not to belch until the guards did.

Still bowing over them, the troll spoke slowly trying to mimic the guard's accents in hopes of removing linguistics as a source of further confusion,
"h'Ello. I are not the Tress passing.
I are the Logo passing.
pleasinged making your acquainterances."

As he stood, Logo showed the caged birds and waggled a thick finger. "Nooo. Not for eating the cockytiels. Giftsents for the victorious ... Pyro-tections!" he said with a wink.
The guard's blank stares convinced the troll they were disappointed. From a pocket Logo produced a dozen plucked chickens and skewered them from tip to tang onto the guard's upturned swords. "Chickhen kebabbers! he announced proudly,"y'Ou can eat'em th'Ose... ggmmmm ... g'mmmm. Yummy noises punctuated the offering.

Satisfied with his bowing and food sharing with the manor's attendants, Logo made a smaller bow. "Imma h'Ere to see thl'Ady victorious and maybehaps the Jace, her hubbysband.
Iffy'Ou'd be so kinda as to announcificate the aforementionated intenterations?" he said expectantly.

[Giovoni]

Jimmy was notified by the guards that Logo was visiting the chateau grounds and wish to see the Lady Victorious and Jace. He ran with all speed up the stairs and whispered to Giovoni. Standing at the door of Lady Victorious's study Giovoni knocked firmly till there was an answer. Jace opened the door axe in hand then lowered it.

Master Jace you have a visitor. Logo wishes to meet with you both. I shall go down and greet him. I think perhaps the library would be appropriate for the visit unless you prefer another location Lady Victorious?

[Victorious]

Ah yes, I've been expecting him for some time now. He's been probably busy in his office.

Yes please can you show him to the library please. Please inform the cook that we will need a spit-roasted monkey just for our mayotroll for lunch and a nice spread for us. See if we can have some fruits and cheese for starters. I'm sure he is hungry from his trip and also some of our finest wines. Not sure what he likes to drink. I'll have to find out when I see him.

Also can you ask Jimmy to get one of our carriages to pick up the mayor so he doesn't have to walk all the way from the gatehouse to the front of the castle.

Jimmy was sent to get the largest carriage to bring the Mayotroll to the house. Giovoni would escort him to the library once he arrived. Various meats and cheeses were requested of the cook and a barbeque requested as well. Giovoni sent Suzette to bring a dessert tray from the new dessert chef.

He knew all would be well and the evening would be comfortable and entertaining. Giovoni went to the wine cellar to bring up an assortment of wines to sample with the cheeses and add to the enjoyment of the meal.

The guards remained vigilant in their search for the intruder. They sent up lights in the sky to increase the visibility of the night.

[Amladris]

Killick was with Amladris as they both drink a cup of killing speed espresso .Speacking of thing in the pass .Its been a long time since both didnt see Wahalla.As they spend sharing memories ,Giovoni arrive in the kitchen .He ask Killick to prepare a spit-roasted monkey for the mayortroll.Killick mumbles and call Jaque and start preparing the meal .Amladris leaved them and walk down the hall .He enter the library room and see Victorious and Logo .

Greetings Mayortroll ,what a suprise to see you .How have you been .

Greetings, Mayotroll, it is a pleasure to have you in our humble home. Please have a seat. Victorious pulls out the chair for her new friend.

Hello uncle nice to see you here with our guest. I hope you are well.

The troll had stood near the gate admiring the fireworks and the grand house, when the carriage arrived. Logo wondered at the necessity since the home was so close.
On the ride his error became obvious. 'A house for the gate?' he wondered.

The real residence was extravagantly large and exquisitely elegant elegant.
Logo found himself escorted efficiently through its grand hall and into a cavernous room lined with books. Pleasant smells wafted through the air.

The troll bowed, "om'Y. Yes. t'sa surprise seeing y'Ou too. pl'Ease, call me, logo. a pleasyure, thanky'Ou imma keeping busy but I'mma well, and you?" he said to Amladris.

Accepting the chair offered by Victorious, Logo smiled. "h'Ello. What an amazering h'Ouse you have, Lady Victorious. and th'Anky'Ou for the seeing me. so many b'Ooks! have y'Ou read them all?"
The food was arranged human-style separated onto platters.
The troll was familiar enough with local customs to know there would be no wrestling over the food. He sniffed the air. "Mermonky and ... souredmented milks! ... howzit called... sheese? ... mmm...mmm my favorishes!" he said, hoping his onomatopoetic mumbling would cover the sounds from his stomachs.

"I have somewhats for giving you." he said, revealing the bird cage. "a majicky inventeration -- molotov cockatiels! No. d'On't be fraidy. No.
Like your fireyworks they make sh'Owers of light but not esplodering. ...not theses anywhats... the earlier versyions... it's when they fly. "

[Victorious]

Lady Victorious had seated Logo and he seemed very impressed with the castle.

Well thank you, Logo, for such compliments. I've ordered the cook to prepare everything that you might like. I hope it is to your liking.

Presents for me? You are too sweet my dear friend. I will take care of them with the utmost care even though you didn't have to give me anything. The gesture is so sweet.

They are precious birds that you have given me. I hope you like the food.

Victorious was so surprised to see her mayor friend had visited her home. She had not had any visitors since they moved in.
