"Citizens, friends and visitors of Cork! We are planning to start on March 5th so hurry up and sign up!

We shall be having a Duel Tournament. Everyone who joins the tournament cost 10f. Winners per pair fight will be awarded 20f for each fight. The grand winner per category will will either 20 pcs of fried chicken legs or 10 pcs of steak or 140 freznics, or a weapon. The weapons that have been donated so far are Quarterstaff, plain dagger, crossbow, or longbow. There will be an award for the longest lasting duel. (lasting the most rounds)

This will be open to everyone, be it a citizen of Cork or a visitor."


The categories are as follows:
((ooc: all duels will be duel to severe injury))

Category I. Light weight class (0-250 strength points)
Category II. Middle weight class (250-750 strength points)
Category III. Heavy weight class (750 and up)


Registration will be from today to March 4th. First battle will be on March 5th.

Kindly sign your name in the list that will be posted if you wish join the tournament. Thank you very much.

Start gathering those weapons, nourish with strength-building foods and get ready for a good fight!

Oops Errata to Mayor's letter: Everyone who joins the tournament will be given 10f. Should of read will be charged 10f to join. This will help pay for the costs of the tournament. Prizes are planned to be coming from donations not from the town hall funds.
