The Zoo is open for business and we have a very sweet and very intelligent collie there just waiting for someone to take him home. To find our Zoo, go to Town and then look for Town Zoo (Pets). Enter there and you will find the petting zoo and a very lovable collie awaiting his new home.
Collies are great companion animals and hard workers for animal ranches. They can Increase your chances of getting more milk from cows, more eggs from chickens, and more wool from sheep when you activate them. You can always deactivate them if you are giving your animal fields a rest. Just make sure you check in on them occasionally and wake them up (activate them) every now and again for if you neglect them (leave them deactivated) for more than 30 days, they just might run away!
They eat dog food and only need to be fed every 2 or 3 days. Bakers are able to produce dog food and so if you are worried about having enough food to feed your new collie, just contact any of the bakers you know and ask them to get some up on the market.
If you decide you want a collie of your very own but someone else beats you to the Zoo, just write to the town Rancher (currently that would be Nikola) and ask them to breed one for you.
