The harmony of whistles parted from his lips, as he neared the event. He was late, but fashionably late for a count. He stayed to the crowd, and his scarlet cape whipped to hit a few peasants in the face. "Oh! Apologies!" He muttered in the most masculine voice he could muster. Black spiral curls bounced against the fabric across his mid back, and he grins as he visualizes those gathered through the crowd. Each gathered, and his head tilted as he even paused in the peasants to see YenLan bite the dust. "Ooo.. ow.. Is he alright?!" The count shouted and excused himself down to where Sebrina was in sight. "Merlerder looking lovely as always." He beamed, and squinted his eyes better to the line up. "They all look rather magnificent. Oh look! Even Duke made it!"

He glances to Evan's costume with a quirk of the brow. Certainly one of the hottest (literally) pirates he had ever seen. He took his seat behind the judgement table, with a grin to expose the pink vampire-like fangs, and wave towards the others. Then made sure to pop the collar around his neck, because that's what manpires did or so he believed.
