Widu Town Motto

Greetings!

We are sorting out the discussions in hopes it'll make everything easier to consider. I"ll restate our mission here:

Below are some suggestions for the Motto. The original suggestions come from Town Councilors, but everyone is encouraged to add their thoughts as well. The suggestions from Town Councilors are merely placed here to inform the citizens of what we discussed. It doesn't make an endorsement of Town Council on any of the suggestions. Eventually, we will have a town vote, which includes all citizens, on which Motto we will pick.

Suggested Town Mottos

The sun is an orange because its round and orange

In Oranges we owe our lives to !

Orange you glad you're in Widu?

I've always lived in Widu, and as a result I apparently lived in three viceroyalties (Fenia, Bravia, Kiene) without ever moving!

So I thought the following:

No matter where we are, we'll always be home in Widu.

or maybe

You can take the land of Widu, but not its creatures.

or

Hundreds of oranges, one tree.

Because we're very different creatures but we all love our town.

Rather die free than be enslaved in peace. (sort of took this one from an actual country motto without the excess words but it kind of stuck out a bit)
