[ORP] A Bard of Life and a Lady of Fire

Post by StewartLongfellow »

On waking with a soft start....ok, while falling out of his chair, Stew woke up and quietly took in his surroundings. Knowing today was a day of some importance, he quietly gathered his items, his lighter backpack, that was thinned out due to some prodding by one lady, and decided he best get a move on.
After all, it's not every day you have an event as such, do you? Stew thought to himself, taking out an apple, dicing it and having a small breakfast on the way out of the small room he was currently occupying. looking at the map he had made in the previous days, it would be simple enough to arrive at said site....granted, with daylight, some of the kindred would be unable to arrive until later in the evening...but given it would be quite a day indeed, it didn't worry him...so he started hiking towards the site

She awoke in the caves, waking Cath along the way. Her rest wasn't really that restful, as she was nervous. Today was the day. She had found a soulmate, and had agreed to spend the rest of her life with him. She got ready to head over to the site that they had picked out for this occasion. She waited on Cath to help her get ready, so that they could be on their way.

Evan stood there in the dressing room of his castle assuming he would meet Brem there; he is the type to lint roll his suit if he had one...a lint roll that is . Fixing his hair and making sure everything was up to par for this OCD ridden perfectionist, He prepares to leave. Evan was seriously curious if Ethan picked out a good gift for The bard and Za, Evan can't believe they were getting married, but then again after recent events he never really believed in anything anymore. fidgeting with his tie he rhymes off some orders to Ethan and tells him he won't be home till later on. Evan then promptly leaves.

Evan shows up fashionably late of course, with a small white box in one arm and waving at Brem with the other, whom he would meet outside, he gives Brem a once over and fixes his hair if he allows him. Evan however is clean shaved and his hair is messily tousled but in a classy way. Dressed in This! ; "You look Handsome today my darling" He smiles warmly at Brem and arches a elbow. If he takes it Evan would begin to walk with and seat Brem.

Inside the gift is A Pocket watch with a note "So you may count the seconds you are together and apart, FYI it's vintage, don't break it or Ethan just might have a heart attack.

Evan realizes he forgot to drop the gift off at the gift table, snapping his fingers lightly; the box gently teleports to the table and it rests there until time. Evan goes to take Brem's hand and get comfortable in his spot, leaning towards Him and beginning to Enjoy the beautiful Ceremony.

Cathrina rubbed her eyes and giggles at her sister, knowing it's a big, big day for her. Humming happily, she braided her sister's hair, and helps her get dressed "Sis, you look stunning!" She gives her a tight hug and goes to get dressed. Shortly after, she rejoins her sister, wearing this Image

Arriving at the site, finds it already busy, smiles at some plans to come together, in the chaos of life. Keeping an eye out for others making there way, he notices Evan and Brem, nods politely, then waits for a few more folks to arrive...with the cloudy weather, it might help those allergic to sunlight a degree, but would rather play on the side of safety...

She left with Cath, being mindful that when they arrived, she stayed out of sight of Stewart until everyone was ready for the event. Smiling brightly, she awaits the word that everyone is ready from a place where she can watch the people arrive without anyone but Cath knowing where she is.

Peeking nervously into a beautiful decorated venue, Aida smooths down her green skirt and messy hair the best she can. She still doesn't have shoes, but hopes no-one will notice as she puts her gift onto the table. It's a collection of rare and hard to find teas, blended carefully by her in order to give the couple long life and good health. They are presented in wooden jars she carved herself, although not terribly well. Still, Aida hopes her gift will be enjoyed.

She decides to take a look around, admiring the flowers on pedestals and the painted white chairs.

Making a mental note of who's here and who's not, frowns a touch
Might have to drag Sab out....granted, it's a little earlier than close comfort, but if he shuffles in the shade enough...
Contemplates if Bal will show up in the nick of time, or simply crash in

She found herself wandering around Fenia today, which isn't a normal occasion. However, it wasn't so unusual either. As she entered the town of Imperius, she noticed a gathering taking place. Doing her best, she skirted what looked to be a celebration, taking care not to scatter leaves and petals in her wake, because that is what had been happening lately. Flowers bloom, then petals fall, only to have the process reoccur over and over again and today was one of those days where her petals were falling at every movement. In a way it might have enhanced a setting, but she was unsure if that was something that was wanted, and thus looked upon it as a small embarrassment.

She glanced around and saw that there was a table for gifts, which she didn't have.. so she plucked a pretty flower or two from her skirt and tied a little vine around it and placed it neatly upon one of the tallest gifts. She turned then and found a place at the back to settle as other seemed to be doing. It was always a sweet site to see unions such as this. As she settled next to someone, she breathed a soft 'Hello'.

Looks around, trying to take a headcount of who's here, who's still coming in, and who will be here later. Mostly calm, he's gotten a message off to the bed man (who is waiting for the night) and the Priestess to arrive (timing is so much fun) but for the most part, everything is moving along...well, slowly....as it is, he wonders where Balerion is flying around at this time
Can't be too hard for the fellow to show, after all, he doesn't where a suit...and with the outdoor target, it shouldn't be too hard for him to land nearby...
Picks his flask out of his inside pocket on the suit, has a nip then replaces it, makes another set of rounds
