With new of the city of Paz having fallen to a revolter, will there be laws to protect our town?

With new of the city of Paz having fallen to a revolter, will there be laws to protect our town?

Or basic Bravian laws to protect all the citizens in the realm (if Paz is in a position to work with us)?

As thankful as I am that our Capital City hasn't been under the same duress that our fair neighbors in Paz have been I fear it's only a matter of time before our own town is similarly tested. It might be nice to set out some basic laws to avoid the mess Paz is facing now (or at least allow us to cover some new ground with our own laws and our own mess).
