Activity in Paz

Hello guys.
We are small bunch of people that resettling in Paz currently. The main reason - it is a port town and we are sailors. (we will work on develop the sea in this realm). The problem i see here is the activity. The market is kind of empty, i realise we are just a few by checking the th list, but i believe we can still do something to change the situation.
I am volunteering to do sailing/ travels in order to supply items we may need in town. (my problem is i still dont know what we would need, as new around)
I am open to any suggestions, and writing my name as someone willing to be more active, with .. whatever.
