Trying to figure out where to start he turns as he hears a dog barking in the distance, his eyes shine for a moment hoping the noise will bring more people out. Trying to find his way through the streets. The noise of a cracking wood freezes him, stopping he hears the crash of a building, before a wave of heat rushes through the narrow alley behind him.
The dogs barking was becoming louder, at least he was heading in the right direction. Deciding he'd had enough of running through the streets, he leaps up, grabbing the sill of a window above him, swigning himself onto the roof tops. His eyes scanning the town, he notices the area where the buildings have fallen, a warehouse on the edge of the market. Closing his eyes to try and slow himself he hears a womans voice calling out, somewhere near the dog Max? He tried to recall the name, knowing he had heard it before.

Aarwen is now bleeding for her knee. She was not used to move around so quickly, she was no soldier but a lady and, like all ladies should be, her movements were filled with grace. It was one of those situations where a shining knight should really come forward and open that door whose lock was very stuck. The other way out was the window but since it was quite high and Aarwen was not proficient with any dexterity it became more and more apparent it was an impossible task.

Willow felt around the marketplace with her arms outstretched. Where was Max? she thought, hoping he would be alright. Suddenly she hit something hard, it felt like a building. Ouch she said, rubbing her elbow. Willow then thought she heard some call out in fright. Hello is there somewhere there? Willow called out and then listened.
Max meanwhile had returned to where he had last seen his mistress. He sniffed around and then when he thought he had found her scent, he ran to find her again (barking as he goes to get her attention).

Hearing the woman shouting again, he makes his way over. Leaping a gap between the buildings, his eyes watching the movement of the fire, the wind had seemed to still for a moment, meaning the flames would be contained a little longer.

Lowering him self into the street, he spots the woman looking around, his eyes shine for a moment as he listens to her heart, obviously beating harder with adrenaline. Taking a slow breath, now was not the time for feeding. Approaching the woman, he speaks quietly as he recognises her from the party a few months ago "Willow, its Hephastion" his eyes dull again as he moves slowly towards her.

Finally shaking Datron awake, he and Maria run out the door and into town. Although they could not see any flames, smoke filled the air. People were shouting and running about in a panic. The fire seemed to be coming from the populated area downtown.
Banging on every door they pass to alert people, most had already left their homes, doors left wide open as they rushed out. The smoke was getting thicker and her eyes began to sting. She hears Datron yelling to people loudly, "GO TO THE SHORE!!! MEET AT THE PIER!!!"
Maria notices that one house sits quietly, no sign of anyone inside. It was the new woman, Aarwen's home. Pulling on Datron's sleeve, she points to it. Datron shouts again, this time to Xenor who is passing by, "XENOR!!! DIRECT PEOPLE TO THE PIER!!!"
As Xenor takes over yelling directions, Datron bolts toward the quiet house and Maria follows behind, checking to see if any other buildings look occupied. She stops short when she hears a crack and watches as the huge oak tree behind the Town Hall is engulfed in flames.
By the time she reaches the house, Datron has already broken through a window and climbed inside. For a few harrowing seconds that seemed to last forever, there's no sign of movement inside the house. Maria covered her mouth with her sleeve, it was getting difficult to breathe and she was terrified, not knowing what to do. "DATRON, DATRON!!!" She called out but she could barely hear her own voice over the roar of the flames.
Then with a sudden bang, she sees a tall figure bursting out of the house. It was Datron... and he seemed to be carrying something...a woman, yes! He yelled to her as he staggered past, "Run Maria! RUN!!!
