"Lets go to the beach"

"Yay!"

Adonair was more than ready to get to the beach, he was feeling refreshed and anxious. Even Max's ears perked up, he could tell this was exciting news.

Adonair carried the gear out to the carriage, making several trips, and then they set off. It wouldn't be long before they were laughing and playing in the surf.

Willow hasn't been to the beach before (even though she had lived here a little while) and was quite looking forward to their trip. Not knowing what to expect, she had packed too much but was hoping she had everything she would need.

She helped Adonair with her bags and once they were ready, the three of them get into the carriage and headed off to the beach. As they were getting closer to their destination, Willow leaned out the window and sees the ocean for the first time. The wind blows lightly into the carriage as they travel down into a little village and she can smell salt in the air. Finding a little hotel with ocean views, they check in and unpack the carriage.

Later, Willow and Adonair go for a little walk on the beach with Max running into the ocean for a swim.

Adonair is very pleased that there is a nice bed and breakfast near the beach. He hasn't been her for many years and was a little unsure of the accomodations.

As they walk along, the salt air fills his lungs and he feels a tremendous gush of optimism and happiness.

Max seemed to be having a great time too, barking at the waves and 'chasing' them back into the sea.

Willow was enjoying her walk with her husband. She watched Max running towards the sea barking at the waves.

Its a lovely day for a walk (hugging her husband and giving him some kisses).

Would you like to go somewhere for a meal? Or would you like to try fishing off the beach and having a picnic? Or we could even check out the village shops? :D

Not having the right equipment for fishing off a beach, Adonair opts for walking through the town to visit some shoppes and then getting some lunch. They had spent a nice morning on the beach so looking at some fabrics and antiques was a nice change of pace. Max had to wait outside of one of the shoppes which annoyed him, but he soon forgot about it.

Willow liked the idea about shopping.

It was lovely looking around town - they found some wonderful antiques and beautiful fabrics that she could use for her weaving. While looking, Willow spotted some fancy walking canes she thought looked nice and showed her husband. The store owner followed them around and showed them some lovely things.

Tucked in the back of the store, Willow spotted some old books and she headed straight for them.

Adonair rather liked the cane with the silver handle, though he had always been accustomed to walking with a staff on journeys since it both lent support and also was useful for various kinds of magic. After debating its purchase, he finally decided against it. Looking around, Willow was gone!

It took him just a minute to locate her in the back of the store going through books. He picked up one at random and glanced at it, reading a few pages.

"There's a fish and chips place across the street, let's take lunch there next. They have outdoor seating so Max will be more comfortable."

Willow glanced through the books and found a old black book. Looking inside, she saw what appeared to be recipes but they had funny ingredients like eye of newt. She showed Adonair - does this mean anything to you?

Fish and chips sounds lovely my love. And the outdoor seating is a good idea too.
When they were finished in the store, they all headed to lunch.

"These are potion recipes. I follow the Sympathetic school of potion making, and this is from a different school..." He realized this was not especially helpful in explaining to someone who had been kept away from magic most of their life. "There are some recipes in here I've never tried, it might come in handy." He kisses Willow and haggles for the book, getting the owner to knock ten freznics off his asking price.

Afterwards the crew of three (including Max) head over to the fish and chips place and order lunch. The salt air fills their nostrils as they sit outside watching the people go by in the small town.

Willow listened to her husband describing the book, it all sounded so magical and a bit of a mystery to her. I would be interested to watch you one day :D (kissing him back)

After Adonair had haggled for the book (which Willow thought she might check out again later). The group headed to the cafe for a meal. Max was happy to finally be moving and was looking forward to a meal too. Finding a seat outside, Willow and Adonair looked at the menu. They both ordered fish and chips with a salad and then waited for their meal to arrive. A light breeze blew towards them and it was interesting watching the people going to and fro around the town. It was lovely sitting outside, but luckily the umbrella kept the sun off them.

While they waited, Willow leant over and kissed her husband and hugging him while they looked out at the town.
