fenia city is still part of the viceroyalty of fenia. please defend the town or work in the militia.

the castle is being protected by the army. if others wish to join my army flower power, that will work too.

it's okay. i've found the pages just don't seem to read my mind sometimes and send messages to the wrong place. the good news is that i'm happy to say that imperius is now part of fenia again
