Comments to Note:
1. A miller of level 4+ with horticulture completed may want to take a Klah field so the town can have at least 1 and the ability to produce Klahua.
2. A weaver may want to take a Sheep field, and so have access to their own source of wool, excess of which may have other uses for the market.
3. A level 4+ with Animal Husbandry completed, butcher or otherwise, may want to take a Cow ranch.
-We need at least one but no more than 2 active cow ranchers to provide 7F or less milk for domestic production.
4. No comments regarding chickens at this time.

V. At corn, potato, and wheat farmers: Please don't forget to actually post up your products to the market versus keeping them in your personal or property inventories. I've had people leave this world who donated to the town their inventories first, and it turned out they were holding on to several hundred units of fodder and produce for some reason - Perhaps in anticipation of a large trade run? There is no reason to hoard product. If you have stores of base products, please feel free to sell them, even in bulk. If you are concerned with an apparent prohibition against posting more than 10 units of a product at a time, please be advised that is only for visiting traders to not glut the market with goods that would compete with you. Citizens have no such prohibition. With numbers of farmers in the double digits, items such as corn, potatoes and wheat should almost never be missing from the market. If you need pricing advice, feel free to contact the mentor or mayor. As a rule of thumb, corn is 3F-3.25F. Potatoes are 7F, and Wheat is 10.50F-11.25F. If you are encountering issues where these figures are not providing you enough profit, please take the following into consideration:

A. Despite accounts/tales from afar, there is no reason to post field jobs for more than 25F. If you are posting jobs for 26F-29F or more, you are loosing money. 16F-19F will get you a peasant laborer and 20F-24F will usually get you a citizen laborer. Inflated field wages were a result of WP demand from higher level citizens. In V3, teaching offers WP and the temple WP job wage has gone from 5F to 15F. Field jobs should ideally not out-compete defense jobs, but be filled by those needing employment after all defense jobs have been filled. Defense jobs have a wage of 25F.

B. The TH and/or Temple will subsidize low-yield cycles. This means if you don't produce enough output to make a profit off of 7F potatoes for example, you can post them via TH only for MORE than 7F, calculated so you make your fair earnings, and TH will repost them at a slight loss to the open market for 7F. This ensures everyone benefits from their field while also keeping basic food costs under 25F per day.

C. Stuff posted for a little more than these figures to the open market will still sell anyway. The figure of 3.25 corn, 7F potatoes, and 11.25 wheat are only the costs that TH can buy these goods in for; usually meant for export to the VR, or to Bravia or Kiene, or for use in grant contracts. Independent domestic professionals - level 2+ workshop producers, especially those with a workshop level higher than 1 or higher tier production capacities unlocked, can and will buy-in ingredients for higher tier goods that cost a little more than the buy-in price the town uses for exportable goods. It just takes a bit more time than immediately. Long-distance professional traders will also sometimes pay a little more for goods that have higher value in less fortunate lands. Posting at the Town price simply guarantees you an immediate sale without having to wait at all for the products to move.

Comments to Note:
1. I move back and forth between baker and other myself atm, but we can use at least one active permanent baker.
2. 2 weavers is fine but we need some product up on the market. Always there should be at least one of the basic and advanced leveling items up at all times.
3. 2 millers is fine, the 3rd is currently me, temporarily, but as with weavers, we need some flour and other products up at all times. I will be adding some cream and cheese and other items up early next week, but such needs to be maintained over time.
4. 3 masons is a bit interesting, 2 would be enough at present, 3 is fine, but if one wants to change to baker, I would be willing to facilitate it.
5. Comments regarding blacksmiths are the same as masons. 3 is fine, 2 is all that is necessary presently if they are active and producing.
6. Butchers are fine, though only 1 is active atm, I do believe it is TK and he also can cut gems if anyone is in need of such.
7. Carpenters are in the same boat as masons and blacksmiths. Of our three actives, 1 is I believe one of our regular traders, so the other 2 can fit the bill as regular producers, but we do not need any more of those presently as they must share our limited wood supply.

We don't have any defenders yet, so that job is open for whomever wants it, it is the currently recommended way.
I believe the one Priest is Aida, who is still in long term retreat. We can use another permanent professional priest capable of blessing.
Dahlia is the other sorcerer at present, also currently in retreat, she has legendary status. I will be leveling up to 4 soon, and will be the Sorcerer until we have some more.
Our two rogues are great, Dway and Gemma. Gemma is also legendary.
A quad of professional warriors. of 5, one or more go in and out of retreat from time to time. Constance and TK are warriors who have also achieved legendary status.
