[RP] The Gravestone Tavern

Duke puffs some air from his nostrils then sprints down from the bartop.
He heads over tot he door pops just outside and catterwals for several moment.
Soon another figure can be seen coming down the path.
Duke turns back into the tavern and climbs back up to the counter top.

[Archadeas]

*Archadeas deciphers what duke said after a little reading from his tome, then passes Duke a bowl of angry rat stew*
He welcomes you all to our town and has asked that Aubrey's drink be placed on his tab.
*Archadeas returns Aubrey's coins*
As for any permits, it is partially between dimensional boundaries, but all the papers have been files.
*He laughs*

[AubreyClaire]

Aubrey smiled at Duke and Archadeas. "Thank you, sir." She nodded to Duke as he left, then sat in a far bar stool instead of her former corner.

[Archadeas]

Would you like a salad Aubrey? On the house.
*Archadeas smiles and relaxes*

[AubreyClaire]

Aubrey smiled stunned, "Yes, thank you." She looked down into her cup and her cheeks reddened. "I've never received such kindness before." she took another sip of her tea.

[Archadeas]

*Archadeas prepares the salad and places the plate on the table in front of Aubrey and says warmly*
There you go, enjoy. Fenia is a peaceful land.

[AubreyClaire]

Aubrey smiled back and began to munch on her salad. "I'm beginning to see that." she looked at her salad for a moment before looking back up at Archadeas, "at home everyone looked out for only themselves not others."

[Archadeas]

*Looks at Aubrey*
This world is full of greed and sadness, but those who can overcome it, can bring happiness to others.

[AubreyClaire]

Aubrey nodded, "indeed," she looked out the window, "I wish there were more places like Fenia." she looked back at Archadeas, "More people would smile, and there would be less suffering."

She sipped her tea relishing in it's soothing effects. "How did you come to this place?"

[Archadeas]

Through a dimensional rift. The deathless are neither dead, nor alive, nor in between, we are in our own existence, our experiences are different, but we have a common goal, young elf. From time to time we break free from our path and walk among others.
*He smiles at Aubrey and drinks from a bottle*
