I have placed two up for you for now to help give a little time for a miller to supply you.
Also, if you have silver on you, there is also the option to exchange some silver for pet food at the Traveler's Caravan for 42 silver.

Amnestria, Millers make wilbur food so you can probably ask any miller to get you some when you need it. Keep in mind that you only need to feed your animals when they are very hungry, which is every 3rd day. Any more frequently and they will be stuffed which can affect their health. I've listed the types of pet food made by bakers and millers and the professionals in Fenia CIty who can make them. I'm sure you could probably contact any of these craftsmen and women and if they are available they would be happy to produce whatever you need for your beloved pets. I try to keep plenty of the pet foods in stock so that I can try to keep the market supplied or have extra for anyone who asks. It's possible others do the same thing.
Dog food - baker

My steward has just put some dog food and wilbur food up on the market. I am not at home so cannot reserve it for you, so you'll have to take your chances with the market. I'm running low on supplies, but once I return to Fenia City I'll spend some time in my workshops creating a bunch more.
If you run out of food and no one has any more to sell, you should probably kennel your pets (inactive them) to keep them healthy until more food can be made.
