Struggling with Worker Points

Post by marleen »

I am really struggling to increase my Worker Points

I have two fields and hire peasants frequently but it seems like I am only getting a WP about 1 : 10 hires

I've been busy with things so I haven't been working other people's fields as much that seems to be about 1 : 3 field works

I have been trying to work in the church but that seems to be about 1 : 2 hires

I'm getting a little discouraged because my WP is throwing my level up plan pretty far off track. Do I just need to buckle down and work nothing but the church for two weeks and take the pay and productivity hit?

Church work always gives worker points, but I'd avoid it.

Find players willing to work your fields, potentially make an arrangement to work theirs. Don't let peasants work your fields.

What are you paying for field labor? If you are unwilling to work fields yourself you simply need to pay more for your own fields to be worked by players.

If you have sufficient money and want one or two WP every day have cow fields and have them be milked each day.

Unless it was changed you can also get worker points for teaching at the university if you have any mastered I would ask your rector to put the class up - then as a teacher as long as someone attends you will get a worker point as well.
