Buying drinks in the tavern/Level 2 Checklist

I have fixed an error where Level 2 checklist was not crossing off the tavern task due to tavern change over.

Also, buying drinks in the tavern via the IG interface will result in a message being delivered to the new tavern to the last room where the receiver sent a message.
