A dark hooded figure has been seen around the towns of Fenia latley shouting nonsence, but now he has been spotted over in Bravia doing the same but with a slight stagger due to the drink over here, he has been seen nearly falling over whilst putting up posters and mumbling,
Scruffy handwriting adorns the poster which has the bottom half of it covered in something that resembles a pub lunch and as it dribbles down and off the poster it becomes clear that it mentions a new group for those inclined to the darker side of life, of cloaks and daggers. At the bottom are instructions scribbled quickly on how to contact him to gain directions to the group's hidden hall.
