“Opus Per Rex” Work on Behalf of the King
Members of the Castle Workforce program asked weekly to do a task a certain number of times per week. This could be mining, gathering resources, working in their workshops with grants, defending their homes from revolters, or whatever else The ViceRoyalty of Fenia, and His Majesty the King needs.
People who sign up for the Workforce Program will be divided into teams, each team given a different task.
All current members of the Castle Workforce will be allowed to display this set of Arms.
Examples:
Week 1:
Team Widu will be asked to chop wood 3 days, selling to a VR grant.
Team Imperious could be asked to work the mines 3 days.
Team Fenia could be divided up, with half the team asked to work in their workshops with grants and the other half fishing.
Each team will be asked to work the same amount of days each week, though at different tasks.
Weekly it will be a contest between teams. What percentage of team members completed the objective that week compared to the other teams? Each week there will be a prize, some weeks the prize will be better then others depending on the tasks worked and the number of days asked.
Members of the Castle Work Force do not have to participate every week, but not being involved could be the difference between your team winning and losing that week.
