| Ladies and Gentlemen of Bravia, We have had a busy week. A working draft of the Legal Corpus of Bravia has been passed and is now in effect. Your councilors continue to work out some of the details; but, overall, I am generally pleased with the progress that has been made thus far. My hope is that in the next week we will be able to finish the Criminal Laws section and begin working in earnest on developing a military structure for the Viceroy of Bravia.
