There was a Dueling Club here http://www.secfenia.org/forums/viewforum.php?f=277 but it is one of the things that fell by the wayside and is need of someone to take charge of it who might be interested in managing such a thing.

I cannot help with the dueling, as I'm in Bravia, however I can happily roll some dice with you or anyone else who wants to!

I am up for a dice game, too, but I would love to find a dueling partner who is maybe a Weapons Master, or training to become one. If you are interested, please let me know!
