:: Aelwick Castle ::
A bit north of Imperius, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, were the lands of the Viscountcy of Aelwick. The territory was near enough to Imperius to be convenient but far enough away to offer neutral ground for the mediation between Lady Suu Nee and Lord Wagnard on the matter of the Imperius Cathedral, or at least that is what the Overseer Ella hoped. The estate was a bit smaller, but it suited Queen Akos who held the Viscountcy. She suspected that her friend probably would have been happier with a tiny manor house instead of a modest castle, but personally, Ella thought it was nice. The Countess of Northborough arrived at the temporarily borrowed estate on a cold and blustery day, clutching her wolf fur cloak tightly around her body. The estate servants allowed her entry into the castle and showed her into a sitting room near the front of the building. Off to the side, there was a little serving table with a small spread of refreshments for the guests. There were several bottles of drink along with glasses and also a platter of cookies waiting for hungry creatures. Ella took a seat in one of the open cushioned chairs and waited for the others to arrive.
