The TH buy price shows when you try to sell an item on the their list.

I want to congratulate Jacob_Netter for messaging first with the correct answer (and a few others got it right too including one above).
The correct answer is that the maximum time it takes to get items has gone down from 15 minutes to 5 minutes.
