New Bug Reporting Forum has been added

We have received feedback from our players that they would like more options on reporting bugs. Our team uses the Mantis bug tracker as the official Bug Tracker for the game. However, this area has been opened up so that players have another option to post bugs should they be unable to access the Bug Tracker for whatever reason.
