Okay, I have read through all the pages and I have came up with some facts.

1. Murder is a crime, regardless if the person defended themselves or not, killing a person is murdering and you would/should be prosecuted.
2. Beating someone up is not murder, you are just hurting them and this could even be caused because of a conflict between two people, that is our creature part of us and also beating should not be bad enough to kill, but better yet just do not pursue in the fight but just try to find a reasonable way to work things out and if the other person does not agree walk away regardless of what he is calling you, be the bigger person.
3. Xavier, murdering is a crime whether you are undead or not, still a crime :D
4. We cannot discuss if it was Fenian against Bravian as it would depend in which Viceroyalty the person died, then thus the laws of that Viceroyalty are pursued in he trial.
5. Your Majesty, thank you for allowing us to pursue in the discussion, just on thread and it brings all the Fenians together.

Murder is not a punishable offense. It is one person proving dominance over another. the way the world works. Why should the strong be punished for the weaks inability to keep up? :? People will always take advantage of other people....politics for example...why should ruining someone politically not also be a crime? it is along the same lines? :?

Xavier, actually whether or not the person who was murdered did not defend himself or was strong or not, it is even NOW the Decrees of His Majesty, King LVI that no one shall harm one of his people and if so they will be punished. Regardless of what you say Xavier, murdering is always a crime as you demolished a soul-life, this is a very important thing to recognize. Well it depends on how they ruin the political race, if they are trying to murder the person then that is "Attempt of Murder" therefore will be punished as well.

The strong survive whilst the weak will fall. If people wish to disrupt the natural order of the world meh. I will not interfere.

Xavier, you must see the punishing in the same line as your logic.

Law is the will of the many as in Bravia, or the will of the one as in Fenia. As long as we follow the one King, his word is law, and he is the strongest. Because he is the strongest he can decide who will be punished, as can Bravia's council because they rule by the will of their people and they are the many, and therefore the strongest.

The strong shall prevail over the weak, the many over the few, this is the way of the world.
