Well, here's how the raffle will work::
I have put 10 Fried Chicken Legs @ 18.25 Freznics on the Town Market in Cork.
Each of them is a ticket in the raffle.
Anyone buying one or more of those legs is automagically entered in the raffle.

When all 10 legs have sold, a winning ticket will be chosen by random chance.
I'll post sales from my event log here.
The ticket numbers will be by the order of sales in it.
First sale listed will be #1, second sale is #2 . . .

Winners will be notified here and receive their potion voucher IG.

So, it's about 10 Freznics for a 10% chance to win a potion.
The fried chicken is yours to keep.
Odds of winning are 10% for each ticket. Buying 5 tickets would give a 50% chance of winning.
Buy all 10 tickets... well, you're a wiener ... ehrm... winner!

That's it. The raffle is totally optional. Anyone may play. No one is required to.

As a bonus, I'll give 3 trust points to any resident of Cork who uses the winning potion for patronage. (Over time, of course. I can't do 'em all at once.)

Standing on the corner, the troll hawked the rules to the new, improved game.

Here's how we'll do it this time::
I have put 10 Steaks for sale @ 27.00 Freznics on the Town Market in Cork.
Each of them is a ticket in the raffle.
Anyone buying one or more of those steaks will be automagically entered in the raffles to win a potion voucher.

When all 10 steaks have sold, two winning tickets will be chosen.
The FIRST winning ticket will be chosen by random chance from all the tickets.
The SECOND will be chosen by random chance from all tickets not held by the first winner.

As before, I'll post sales from my event log, numbering the tickets by order of sale and roll a 10-sided die in the tavern to select a winner.
Then, I'll remove the tickets owned by the holder of the winning ticket and roll again to select a second winning ticket.
Both winners will be notified here and receive their potion vouchers IG.

So, there it is. 27 Freznics will get you at least a 1 in 5 chance of winning a potion and a delicious troll-cut steak. Yummy tickets, huh?

The odds of winning with one ticket are at least 20%
Buy 2 tickets for at least a 38% chance. Buy 5 for 78%.
Buy 9 and it's a sure thing for you and another grateful player.
(Actual odds depend on the number of players and how many tickets the first winner holds.)

A status update to the potion raffle. Somehow, something went wrong.
There were supposed to be 10 steaks on the market at 27 F -- but either my memory and vision is faulty or ... I don't know what happened.

Anyway, my events show THIRTEEN steak/tickets have sold -- and there is still ONE ticket remaining on the Cork market.
So... what should have been 10 tickets for 2 prizes has somehow become fourteen tickets.

I promised a minimum of 1 in 5 chance of winning and that's what your going to get.
I'm going to give away THREE potion vouchers from among the list of those who purchase the 14 steaks.
That's a 21.4% chance with only 1 ticket. (Actually the distribution of purchases is 8,2,2 and 1 so far, so with a maximum of five customers vying for three potions, the odds are considerably better.)

Now, in case any of you who bought tickets not like this change. I will refund your purchase price -- no questioned asked. Just post here or send me a message.
