Excuse me Archadeas.... but is attacking a Fenian citizen in the form of a tavern brawl against our laws? Two nights now as I have been walking home from the tavern Karcier has attacked me, and attacking a woman with child no less....

Depends on where the tavern is located, if it is on Fenian lands, then I can look into assault charges, this is a rampant problem in areas without laws like the Mysts that cant be prosecuted. Please give me more details.

Thankfully the militia that Michael diligently hires protected me and my child, but the crux of the matter is I was attacked to start with...

I will look into this, thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will likely gather a little more info before beginning the case. Tavern violence is expected, but it looks like a deliberate attack and any others that are attacked should also report it. If this continues, then I may have to open multiple cases, resulting in a much higher penalty.
