Suddenly, a loud roar came about and crossed throughout the city of Widu. Surely, people would storm out of their horses to see what all that noise was about!
The rocks formed together just from the ground and a hill arose below the ground crashing through the heavy rocks keeping the land of Widu stable. The hill was quite large and green as all environments are to be. The tiny rocks which were on the hill immediately lit up with brightness of blue; they forged together and formed a portal which was to be named the Portgate as it was both a portal and also a gate which travelled between any dimension, but primarily just Deltora. A certain code would have to be entered for it to go in affect and this also prevented intruders from arriving in Deltora. The portal activated and a man known as the "Ancient Sage" disembarked from it. He rose his hands and now the minds of all the citizens of Widu received the wisdom about the Portgate and how to go to Deltora. No one knew why the Ancient Sage had done such. When he was finished, he went through the gate hoping all may come through.
she thought sunbathing and reading was more fun. Grabbing a broom, she swept up the wood shavings and then went over her stocks to check her supplies. She was moving some wood bushells when she heard a loud roar outside. The shock of it, frightened her and she dropped a wood bushell on her toe. She spent a few minutes hopping around and saying 
, a hill had appeared and on top was what look like a door. The ground shook and she was frightened 
, what was happening to her town? Glancing around, she looked to see if anyone else had noticed the strange door.
