I am new here.
Just joined the game last week.
I noticed the active community in our town is rather small at the moment?

It can seem like that at times, but there is plenty afoot.

I have issues even hiring people for work.
And most of the higher level players will try to 'outbid' whatever offer I tried to put up.
Well of course, there were some kind souls who gave me social points so I could get level 1.
How difficult is it for me if i choose to relocate to another town?
edit: doesn't matter anymore. other towns are seemingly dead...

@Ryuusei The good news is peasants take field jobs and they are not so picky about pay! Your field job should get taken after two or three days of being posted by a peasant.
Meanwhile, it’s a good way for YOU to make money fast, by working those higher paying field jobs.
Relocating is easy, but we are definitely the coolest. I’m sorry if you are not finding the activity you wish - it’s around, I promise! Fenia is a very active Viceroyalty. We have a lot of activity in ththe Viceroyalty Inn instead of the town forums, and we are usually in the taverns.
If you are looking for certain type of activity, let me know. We are also open to suggestions!
And if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Is there any other effective way of increasing mood?

Mass is very uplifting! We have mass in Imperius three times a week at the Cathedral.

Deaconess Suu Nee has wonderful sermons that fix up moods across Imperius.Sunday Mass lasts from new day (reset) to end of day (reset)
Tuesday Mass lasts from new day (reset) to end of day (reset)
Thursday Mass lasts from new day (reset) to end of day (reset)
