Armorers: Open bid contract

The VR is accepting bids for master craftsman armorers to make heavy chain and metal shields for the viceroyalty. The VR would be supplying the iron. Please bid on lots of 5 sets of each item. Bids will be reviewed by the council and a grant issued to successful bidders.
