[IRP] The Den, The Pack, Shilough And Tala's Story:

[Shilough]

As a wolf, Shiloguh communicated by though and he did so to Tala as they went to view the first of the dens to see if it would meet with her approval. Tala do you know magic are you experianced with it? Shilough was concerned to say the least, there were not very many packs in Secfenia and after hearing what she told him, he had a few ideas to help aid in proteection of her. For a while, he knew that he would be long periods of time at first, and she would have to learn to become a bit more self reliant, to hunt on her own, to fight skillfully on her own and evnetually to lead the pack when he was not there. Shilough had to find out why the pack was so limited as it was in Secfenia, getting the answer and finding a stragehy to enable packs and wolves to survive long term was in the best intrest of all of them espcially if both he and Tala wanted to survive as mates.

Once the two arrived at the den, Shilough let her go in first, then he followed her in and he listened as she told him what she liked and did not like about the den. As they survayed together, he found himslef picking up her emtoions and her scent, she wanted to take and be taken somthing that aroused him greatly. She was an excelent choice, she just needed training he felt to become self suffencent which he felt she'd not gotten properly until he came along.

[Tala]

Tala walked around the den rubbing against the walls leaving her scent on the den she liked best. She had been thinking about his question and how to respond to it.

No Shil I don't know magic.

She responded to him finally. Rubbing her head under his chin then rubbing up against him getting her scent on him but mainly wanting his scent on herself. She nips at his ear and growls softly before moving toward the entrance of the den walking as slowly as she can. She can smell how badly he wants her and she wanted to enjoy taunting him.

[Shilough]

Shilough nodded and growled a little bit at her playfulness, she was teasing him and testing him. Shilough decided that once they had decided on a den for sure, he'd take her without question, she kept leaving her scent on the den, this boded well as he followed her around and spoke, You will need to learn the basics of magic as well as how to be self sufficient as a wolf, as your mate and leader I can do no less. Shilough admired her form, she was very desirable in all forms, he played back a little, pouncing her and nipping at her ears too when the time was right.

[Tala]

Tala growls playfully and runs out of the den heading toward the woods.

By the way love! I like this den!

She shouts over her shoulder. She was not to comfortable with learning magic. She may be human now but magic was something for humans. She ran as fast as she could yet in a way that would make him want her even more.

[Shilough]

Shilough nodded, she approved and the den was a good choice, he ran and chased after her, he took a different trail that merged with the one Tala was on some yards up ahead. Shilough was stronger, bigger, faster and knew the area better then she did he was sure, when he saw he was gaining ground he moved through the brush and attempted to surprise Tala by jumping out at her and pouncing on her as hard as he could, if she wanted to play, he'd play and then he'd take his prize.

[Tala]

Tala rolls away from him as she is tackled from the side taking off further into the forest. She looks over her shoulder and shouts.

Nice try!

Not looking where she is going the runs straight off a cliff and lands in the river below. She howls as she falls. When she hits the water she furiously kicking her paws to stay above the water. She manages to get hold to the bank of the river and lay down panting, her fur soaked. She coughs up water then passes out from the shock of the cold water. The bushes near by rustle and shadows surround her.

[Shilough]

He called out to her but he was too late and he heard her screams as she fell to the bottom of the canyon with the river flowing throuhgh it. Shilough kicked into high gear, his senses telling him the best way to go, shifting between man and wolf when whatever form better suited his needs, even so, it took him a bit to reach the bottom of canyon and the riverside. He raced towards her in his wolf form, ahead the dark shadows he could see lengthening over her, he let out a firece warning and a spell of light to expose whatever might be in the shadows, if ineeed there was anything.

[Tala]

Tala lays on the bank of the river her body not moving the shadows move closer and consume her. She screams in pain suddenly fully awake as her mind is flooded with every painful memory at once she vaguely sees Shil her body writhing in pain her body turning black as the pain that has manifested itself outside her body when she fell consumes her. She looks at him pain in her eyes she opens her mouth to call to him but only screams of pain come out.

[Shilough]

When he heard her screams he not only heard the pain, but he felt the pain too, it peirced his heart and spurred him ot to race ever harder and closer to be to her. Here she hung in the balance, and not a spell or any magic other than what he was about to do would seperate Tala from the darkness that wanted to consume her. Shilough could indeed take away the darkness and the pain, he could make it better and he would, but here was the rub as they liked to say in his world. Tala would have to open up, Tala would have to trust Shilough and give her part of her heart, in a purly spiritual sense, but if she was able to do so, then he would be able to do his job. Rather than being consumed by the darkness she would be freed from it, able to grow and mature and become the leader he saw in her to be here in this strange and forgein land in which he'd been brought to by other means. Standing over her he turned to his human form and reached out his hand, he stood between her and the shadows and he said to her, If you want themt to flee and the pain to be gone, take my hand. and then he waited.

[Tala]

Tala looks at Shil in pain she hears his words as if he is muffled. She looks at him for several minutes trying to figure out his words. Then with extreme pain she lifts a blackening paw towards his hand howling in pain.
