For those lvl 1s and lvl2s that want to apply I need to recieve a PM with your stats so those closest to the threshold can be entered into the program.

Ok the firstly the VR gives 1500 of it so also be sure to apply there as well. Do you have the 150 main stat you desire to lvl?

I am trying to figure out which way requires which stats. It is not in the level 3 tutorial. Do you know?
