Scarlette posts an announcement with the results of the recent poll for Citizen of the Month.

"Citizens of Imperius the winner, chosen by their own peers for their good deeds and examples as a citizen, of the Citizen of the Month is Morghain. Our former Mentor often went out of her way to help others and I am honored to recognize her for her contributions. I present her with this banner that she may wear or carry with her for the duration of one month when she will pass it on to another great citizen."

Morghain is humbled by the honor given to her by her fellow citizens as she steps up to accept the banner. She gives a brief nod of thanks and appreciation to Scarlette as she receives it before turning to acknowledge those who made the reception of such an honor possible. "Thank you so much everybody for voting for me. I am so very honored."

Balerion wrote a quick letter to Morghain and dropped it over her house as he flew past.
