Section I: Rights of Citizens

1. All creatures in the Town of Bravia are protected under and required to follow the laws of Bravia.

3. All creatures have the right to apply for Town Mentor, Sheriff, or Rancher chosen at the discretion of the rightfully elected Mayor

Section II: The Mayor and the Town Council

1. Any resident of the Town of Bravia may volunteer or be asked to join Town Council. All Town Council appointments and removals are done at the discretion of the rightfully elected Mayor of Bravia.
2. Only residents of the Town of Bravia may run for Mayor.
3. The laws of the Town of Bravia may only be changed by the elected Mayor of the town of Bravia. The Mayor should consult the town council for any law proposals.

Section III: Fraud

1. Any person entrusted with a grant from the Town Hall must comply with the terms of the grant. Failure to do so will be classified as Fraud.
2. All grants must be returned within 3 days of a request by the rightfully elected Mayor of Bravia. If there is a contradiction in the terms of the grant with this clause, this clause will take precedence requiring the return of the grant.

LAWS OF BRAVIA

Codex of Hostility

I-1 Hostile Possession of the Roads (Robbery)
This notes the statue and punishment of committing robbery on the roads.

I-1.1 Robbery of Bravia inhabitants or safe conduct visitors on the roads of Bravia is prohibited.

I-1.2 Persons found to have committed such crime shall be given three options:

-Return the goods, monies, and direct and indirect resulting personal injuries which were caused by the robbery.
-Be given a Town’s Fine for the total worth of the goods, monies and damages along with 50 fr. An additional 3 days in jail must be served.
-Be given a God's fine of twice the total worth of the goods, monies and damages plus 3 days in jail.


I-2 Attempted Town Hall Revolt

This notes the statue and punishment of unsuccessfully revolting against a Bravia Town Hall Hall.

I-2.1 Participation in an unsuccessful, unauthorized Town Hall Revolt is prohibited.

I-2.2 Participants in such revolt shall be given two sentencing options:

-Payment of a Town Fine of 50 fr and three days labour in the mines.
(The Police Chief or a designed law enforcement member is responsible for receiving the notice (screenshot) of labour done in the mines.)
-Payment of a God's Fine of 100 fr and 1 day in jail.

I-3 Town Hall Revolt
This notes the statue and punishment of successfully revolting against a Bravia Town Hall Hall.

I-3.1 Participation in a successful, unauthorized Town Hall Revolt is prohibited.

I-3.2 Participants in such revolt shall be given two sentencing options:
Payment of a Town Fine of 250 fr and three days labour in the mines plus any amount stolen from the Town Hall or damages cause to the Town Hall proportional to the amount of known insurgents.
(The Police Chief or a designed law enforcement member is responsible for receiving the notice (screenshot) of labour done in the mines.)
-Payment of a God’s Fine of 500 fr plus any amount stolen from the Town Hall or damages cause to the Town Hall, proportional to the amount of known insurgents, along with maximum jail time for the class of person.

III. Codex of Followers


III-1Following of Court Orders

This notes the statue and punishment for noncompliance with Court Orders in a timely fashion.

III-1.1 Noncompliance with Court Orders, such as payment of Town Fines, labour in mines, or acts of making amends with property of another person is prohibited.

III-1.2 Those found to be breaking such law shall be sentenced to punishment doubling the acts they failed to partake in. If they had to for instance pay a Town fine of 100 fr and damages of 100 fr along with 14 days mine labour, then they must pay 400 fr and the maximum jail time permitted for their class plus 20 fr for each day of mine labour that was not converted into the person’s jail time.

III-2 Compliance with the Law

This notes the statue and punishment for refusal to comply with the law when asked for a notice of actions.

III-2.1 At any time, the Mayor of Bravia may subpoena you for your truthful testimony on actions done (screenshots).

III-2.2 Failure to comply shall grant the person a fine of 50 fr. In addition to the fine, if the person is accused of a crime where telling the truthful events of the crime's date(screenshot of events) may lead to conviction of the person, then the fact that the person refuses to give truthful testimony(screenshots) is evidence and can be used in a court of law to prove the persons guilt.

III-3 Contempt of Court
This notes the statue and punishment for showing contempt in court.

III-3.1 showing contempt to the courts is prohibited

III-3.2 The person shall be imposed a 50 fr Town Fine, or a 100 fr God's fine at the Judges discretion.

i. Attempted revolt - if not authorized by the Viceregal Council will be prosecuted.

iii. Authorized revolts - must be approved by the Viceregal Council. Authorized revolts are exempt from prosecution.

Treason is treason and anyone committing such in any province of Bravia will be held accountable.

A Mayor shall serve no more than four consecutive terms.

Any person running for mayor of Bravia Towne must reside in Bravia Towne.

The mayor in office must post the towne audit for the prior week on a weekly basis.

2. The stability of the town market is helped by keeping the prices of goods stable. It is prohibited for anyone to place on the Town Market of Bravia eggs for sale for more than 7 Freznics and corn for sale for more than 6 Freznics without the expressed written permission of the current elected Mayor. Punishment for violating this law may be up to twice the price of what the offender placed the item up on the market for and up to 3 days in jail.
