Aida heard the pop of what must have been Tananda teleporting, and started with the realisation that it was becoming late. She rose, pulling a whole host of books in a dusty sack she had found lodged under a table behind her.
"It's been most enlightening, and I'm really very grateful that you thought of me when you returned here. With your permission, I'll come here often. Some of these books, they need restoring and copying and I think I will make it my personal mission to see the collection return to its former glory!"
She smiled with determination and nodded to both Grandfather and Karina, "I appreciate your work today. Thankyou for the translating."
Aida gave the cat, and her friend, a last fleeting smile before she took her leave, the floorboards creaking as she left.
