Level III
Level III takes longer for a player to achieve than Level II, but it can take longer if a player has not been planning very well, or skipping checklist items. Level III opens up armies, which is a group of players used to defend or attack a city, as well as ways, which is generally considered a player combat style, but may be more appropriately thought of as a character's career path, as non-fighting avenues exist.

The University
Reaching Level 3, more university classes will open up to you. You will be able to take Advanced classes as well as General classes.
Some of the Advanced classes will help with your field(s) while others may help you generate points for government use.
Point Producing
A person who masters certain classes can generate the following different points:
1) Audit Points - These points are used by towns and the Viceroyalty to help reduce the corruption percentage. Corruption will otherwise take a part of every transaction. Both levels of government will hire for Audit Points via a job.
2) Justice Points - These points are used by the Viceroyalty anytime that they start a legal case against someone. Without these points, the government will be unable to convict anyone who violates their law.
3) Communication Points - These points are used by both the town and Viceroyalty to either mass mail or broadcast information. This is a quick and easy way for them to communicate.
If your local town/Viceroyalty doesn't need these points, it's possible that other towns or Viceroyalties do. Peasant Viceralties do hire points (and you can contact the Ruler whose account is monitored by a member of our Administrative team).
Finishing Thoughts
Reaching Level 3 is a milestone in your development of your character. One of the most important things you can do for your character is help define them in the role-playing world. If you haven't already, this is a great opportunity for you. If you have already, perhaps it is time to reach out to new people to help mix up the world you live in.
It will cost 2000 Freznics to level and it occurs instantly.
You will gain 20 Level 3 Tokens when you level. These tokens may be used towards your stats, towards weapon proficiencies under 75%, or for classes in the University that you have started, but not finished. To use them, go to Viceroyalty > Level Tokens.
