What does it matter?

Some say Opulence is it's own meter that shows what your character has achieved. Others will say that riches are the work of the evil minded. Still others say that it could be the reward from the Mages for hard work.

In the end, the top 10 most opulent characters give a bonus to a Viceroyalty's Prestige. Other factors with Opulence may only just be pride.
