Town Market

The Town Market is the public place for goods to be bought and sold by citizens of the town, town peasants, and passers-by (guests). Items can also be stolen by yvyrms. Typically rules regarding the town market are found posted on the Town Hall custom message.

Town Item Market

The Town Item Market is where items are listed publicly for all. Items may also be listed for sale anonymously. A player can also opt to leave a purchase order if an item is not available or decently priced.

Players may also decide to do a reserved market trade with you that is one on one. You can find reserved market items for you under Markets > Item Market > Reserve.

Steward

A Steward has the ability to see the market from your home town, buy, and sell for you. In addition, items from your inventory can be brought to you. Stewards can be given orders to buy or sell goods automatically at designated price points.

Mayor

The mayor has influence over the town market by way of being able to purchase or sell goods automatically at designated prices. This can be used to stimulate the economy or provide subsidies for the good of the town. A good mayor will work with the people and also the viceregal for trade and commerce.
