Artisan Legendary Knowledge

The artisan legend provides workshop improvements. There are four skills one will learn as part of this path:

1. Skilled - All items take less time to produce.
2. Multitasker - You can produce two items at the same time in your workshop area
3. Jack of All Trades - You can purchase a second workshop.
4. Hire Out - You can hire other players with the met requirements to work in your place.
