Creation

Guild creation is only available to Level 4's who purchase one via the Legends Hall located under Town > Legends Hall.

The initial cost of a Guild is 250 Freznics and you can name the Guild anything you'd like so long as it doesn't violate the Code of Conduct, Terms of Service, or any policy.

However, you can not get people to join your guild until after you build a guild house.

Guild Houses

From the Town > Town Guilds screen, you can view all of the Guilds that one can join. There may be a membership fee as well as a monthly fee. This will be disclosed. However, if it is a private guild and you were not invited by the founder, then you can not join.

Only a founder of a Guild can build a Guild House in a town that they are currently in. To build a level 1 Guild House, the founder will need 2 Pillars, hire 10 Mason jobs (with 10 stone for each job), hire 5 Carpenters (with 20 wood for each job), and hire 1 blacksmith (with 10 iron for the job). To upgrade, it will require the same number of items for each level. The upgrade jobs are all a daily action. The Guild houses may be leveled up to level 4.

For each completed level of a guild house, the guild may have 5 members.

The Founder must first "Break Ground" via the Legends Hall prior to being able to hire for the above positions. After the ground has been broken, all commands will be done from the actual guild house.

Ranks

The Founder may create up to 7 different ranks for the guild members. These are custom named ranks selected by the founder. Every rank has an associated member's monthly fee as well as what permissions that rank has in the Guild.

Permissions

Treasury Access: Grants Rank with this permission to transfer/give/view items in Guild Log Access: Grants Rank with this permission to view log in Guild Roster Access: Grants Rank with this permission to view Roster in Guild

Donations and Inventory

Starting with Version 3.1.018, donations to the Guild can include any items in the game that one has. (Previously, only wood, iron, stone and pillars could be donated).

In addition, those with treasury permissions can send money/items to any Guild Member in town.
