Imperious Treasure Hunt

Jandar finally sits down and ponders on the latest riddle. Taking a sip from his canteen he accidentally spills a little and watches as the water trickles downhill forming a little muddy "stream" and wonders out loud if a stream or river fits the riddle?

Lord Jandar decided to take a closer look to the river. He noticed wet piece of parchment and fished it up. There was a draving:

(Apologies for my delay) Jandar heads to the spot marked on his parchment in gold and digs (in 36.23 and also 37.24 since it is handy)

Lord Jandar found nothing at 37.24, although there were the chest with side prize on golden spot (36.23).
He opened the chest and found the game ticket. It reads: "two bowls of fine food sitting in a window to cool off".
Must be something eatable?

Jandar sits down to eat since he sees from the election results he will need lots of energy. Might save a bowl for later though.

Tigerlily had been so busy lately, that she forgot all about the treasure hunt. Silly girl she thought.

Heading to her last spot (after checking the list), she glances around and then heads to 28.24, 28.23 and 27.24 and starts dig each spot for a bit.
It was a beautiful day and glad she bought her sunhat with her.

Tigerlily turned upside down all the corner where the roads meet and found nothing, but new riddle:

Balerion had been ignoring the treasure hunt. There were little people after all that didn't have the capacities of dragons to take over things. Surely they deserved a chance to find the whatsits before a dragon with a firmly established hoard. But that bothersome mayor. He kept sending letters. They didn't stop. His doorstep was covered in bird poo from all the pigeons being sent out. So be it. A treasure hunting he would go. If nothing else he might eat a few more of those pigeons, he liked the taste of them if not their excrement. Such a mess those blighters had made. Since he was a dragon of course it made no sense to walk so he flew right into the center of town to begin with. Approaching a vendor in what he thought was the market he picked up an orange cart and looked under it. Surely it had been strategically placed so no one would bother looking under it, no?

"I'm a bit... frightened? Nope. Just scales of the dragon are too shiny... marvelous... and magnificent..."

Alyce opened her eyes back and looked at the dragon another time.

"Oh, sir dragon! You landed a bit... disorderly... (Please, check the map, 24.17 is Arena. And feel free to dig few tiles at once)."

At 24.17 Balerion found a fresh horse, wounded at the last duel today or yesterday. It definitely was much more... interesting, than dozen of mayors pigeons...

Tigerlily tried digging her holes; hunting for the treasure and she found a riddle to work out.

Sitting down, she read the riddle over and over again and wondered what it might be?

Riddle:
Bloodless and boneless it travels about
Yet it never leaves home

Uuummmmmm a snail takes it's home with it when it moves? Lily wondered if that would be the answer but she wasn't sure re the boneless part of the riddle.

Standing up, she looks around and thinks where to go next.

Lily decides to try digging at the following spots - 30.24, 32,25 and 34.26
