Types of Council
The Council is the selected body of Government powered in both the Republic and the Monarchy. Individual assignments may be given based upon the type of Government.
Positions
- Monarch: Leader of the Viceroyalty (Non-existent in Republics)
- Viceroy: Can View Entire VR Log, Assign People to Positions
- General: Can View Nodes Status
- People's Representative: Communication via Polls and Broadcasts
- Public Prosecutor: Files Cases in the Court
- Judge: Gives Verdict on Cases
- Finance Minister: Handle day to day Finances and has access to Fair
- Mine Minister: Handle day to day Mine Status
- Internal Affairs Minister: Breeds and Feeds Animals; Also in charge of Castle Upgrades
Visitation Requirements
To encourage activity, there are 3 warning levels that exist that have penalties if a position is not visited by a certain amount of time. In Version 4, all councilors will be able to view which positions have hit which warning level.
Warning Level I
This occurs after 72 Hours (3 Days) and results in either 2 or 3 Corruption Increase and Clerical Happiness Decrease based upon Clerical Happiness Level.
Warning Level II
This occurs after 120 Hours (5 Days) and results in either 3 or 5 Corruption Increase and Clerical Happiness Decrease based upon Clerical Happiness Level. In addition, the clerical staff will begin eyeing Money (Leader), Army Points (General), Communication Points (People's Representative), Audit Points (Finance Minister), or Animals (Internal Affairs Minister) depending upon the office not visited.
Warning Level III
This occurs after 168 Hours (7 Days) and results in either 4 or 6 Corruption Increase and Clerical Happiness Decrease based upon Clerical Happiness Level. In addition, the clerical staff will begin tampering with either Money (Leader), Army Points (General), Communication Points (People's Representative), Audit Points (Finance Minister), or Animals (Internal Affairs Minister) depending upon the office not visited.
