Town Hall and Soft Limits
The Town Hall has several different mechanics in play.
Contents
Town Hall Levels
The Town Hall may range from Level 1 to Level 4. Mayor's are responsible for the upgrade job hiring and the upgrade process. The 4 levels are:
- Basic Town Hall
- Administrative Hall
- Clerical Hall
- Annex
Upgrading Costs
The cost of upgrading is as follows:
- From Level 1 to 2: 2 Pillars, 10 Mason Jobs (with 15 stone required for each job), 5 Carpenter Jobs (with 33 wood required for each job), and 1 Blacksmith Job (with 10 iron required for each job)
- From Level 2 to 3: 3 Pillars, 20 Mason Jobs (with 15 stone required for each job), 10 Carpenter Jobs (with 33 wood required for each job), and 2 Blacksmith Jobs (with 10 iron required for each job)
- From Level 3 to 4: 4 Pillars, 30 Mason Jobs (with 15 stone required for each job), 15 Carpenter Jobs (with 33 wood required for each job), and 4 Blacksmith Jobs (with 10 iron required for each job)
Soft Limits
Each level of the Town Hall will have a soft limit associated with it. If the Town Hall is above the soft limits, corruption may increase and items or money may go missing.
The soft limits are as follows:
- Level 1 (Basic Town Hall): 1000 Freznics and 200 Items
- Level 2 (Administrative Hall): 2000 Freznics and 500 Items
- Level 3 (Clerical Hall): 5000 Freznics and 1000 Items
- Level 4 (Annex): 10000 Freznics and 2000 Items
Clerical Pay
Each level of the Town Hall will also affect the maximum that the Clerical Staff could be paid as there will be more Clerical staff with the higher level Town Halls. The Maximum Clerical Pay for each level is as follows:
- Level 1: 35 Freznics
- Level 2: 50 Freznics
- Level 3: 70 Freznics
- Level 4: 95 Freznics
Upkeep of Town Hall
On June 1st, 2013, Town Hall will have a chance to decay each day. If the structure gets to 33% Health, there will be a chance of loss of level which will increase until it gets to a 100% percent chance of downgrade at 0% Health.
Mayors can either have their clerical staff repair it using 4 stone or hire a Mason using 2 stone. Hiring a Mason will on average be more efficient.
