A mine contains ores and precious metals and gems and a player can mine there if they choose. No town actually contains a mine as its resource, rather, mines lay between each town. A town can contract labor for the mine.
Factors when mining
- It is thought that equipping a pickaxe will increase your maximum output by two
- Very rarely, mining may produce a gemstone
- Mining will always produce at least one salt
- A pet canary when active will increase one's chances of obtaining an uncut stone and 2nd salt when mining
Advice
It is not recommend for a player to mine at all. However, if a player is seeking frenzics, they may work for the town in the mine. When doing this, no pickaxe is required and a player does not keep the resources they produce. The town will then sell the mine materials on the market for others to buy. When a town is lacking a resource, such as Iron, it may be helpful instead to buy from Davi or a trader as he usually has such materials on stock in massive discounts.
